Who is KOMIKAbooks?

KOMIKAbooks is an anthropomorphic/furry e-shop based in Asia. We specialize in buying, consigning and selling of physical/digital art books, comics, doujins and zines.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept most major cards like Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Paypal. For customer without PayPal, you can guest checkout with any debit/credit card.

Are my book(s) protected?

Every book will come in a plastic sleeve to ensure that the book are well-protected from dents and liquid contact.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not store any of your financial details on our website as payment are securely processed by Paypal. Only your personal information is used to fulfill your order and will never be shared by other parties. We will only contact you through email for follow up of your order, if required.

Orders

How long will it take for my order to reach to me?

Your order will be processed on the next business day unless we are attending a convention. In that case, your order will only be processed once we reach back home.

Delivery within Asia will take around 3-7 days while USA, Europe and Rest of the World will take around 10-18 days.

However, delays can occur due to events that are out of our control so we seek your understanding if your order arrive later than the stipulated date.

How will my order be packed?

Your order will be packed in an appropriate mailing packaging. In addition, your package will be discreet, meaning it will come in a plain packaging so no one will know what is in the package.

Can my order be tracked?

Almost all order will come with a tracking number. Once we send out your order, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours. Please contact us at komikabooks@gmail.com if you do not receive the email.

In order to offer competitive shipping cost, AirMail – Ordinary package will not have a tracking number. Hence, we will send an email to inform you that your package has been sent.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship to almost every country in the world! Please be aware that your order may incur additional customs fee on arrival, in which you will have to pay in order to pick up your package.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated for you during checkout based on destination and weight.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our business, all sale are final and are non-returnable.
