What currency are the listed price in?
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
What payment(s) do you accept?
We accept most major cards like Mastercard, Visa, and Amex via Paypal. For customers without PayPal, you can guest checkout with any debit or credit card.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the business, we are unable to accept returns.
Do you have a physical shop?
No. We are mostly an online shop with a pop-up booth at conventions from time to time.
Digital Products
Will I get my Digital product immediately?
Yes. Once you check out, a page will appear with the Digital Product link to the file.
An email will also be sent to your registered email with the link. Alternatively, if you have an account, you can access the digital product through My Account.
Will my Digital product expire?
Yes. Your Digital Product will expire 60 days after your purchase. Please download the product beforehand.
Order & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days unless we are attending a convention. In that case, your order will only be processed once we reach back home.
Delivery within Asia will take around 5-15 days while USA, Europe, and the Rest of the World will take around 15-35 days.
However, delays can occur due to events that are outside our control so we seek your understanding if your order arrives later than the stipulated date.
Does Airmail have a tracking number?
No. Airmail is a standard mail service without a tracking number. We will no longer send an email to inform you that the order has been sent. An email will be sent to your registered email once the order has been completed.
My order has not arrived yet. What do I do?
Please wait for up to 60 days if your order does not reach you by the estimated date. If your order does not reach you after 60 days, please contact us at hello@komikabooks.com
Which countries are you unable to ship to?
Airmail services will not be available for the following countries as of January 2023:
American Samoa, Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Belize, Bhutan, Bolivia, Bouvet Island, British Virgin Islands, Curacao, Dem. People’s Republic of Korea, Dominica, Ecuador, Gambia, Grenada, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras (Rep.), Jamaica, Liberia, Nepal, Nicaragua, Palestine Territories, Paraguay, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Somalia, South Sudan (Rep.), Syrian Arab Rep., Tajikistan, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Yemen, Kosovo
In addition, we are unable to ship to China due to a high number of return parcels.
Please note that if an order were to be received by us from the listed country, we will cancel the order and refund in full the monetary value through the customer’s original payment.
