June 2021 Updates: A new look, Shipping shakeup, New books
Hello all!
For the month of June, we have several updates.
A new look
We have introduced a darker color to our website to tone down the whiteness and reduce straining of the eyes when browsing through.
Shipping shakeup
We have thoroughly enjoyed shipping books to our customers around the world. From this, we saw a trend, and that we have thought about a few things that we will be implementing.
- We will discontinue the Registered Mail for AirMail to simplify the shipping checkout options. We find that this option does not offer regular updates at each scanning point and the Basic Mail does the job just as well as the Registered Mail at a lower rate and no tracking number.
- International shipping options at checkout will be reduced to the following carriers:
- Aramex
- SingPost
- UPS
- Deliveries via DHL continue to be suspended as it still requires an additional $3 for picking up the parcel which we have no way of adding to the total unless we do it manually.
